Water Damage Gallery in West Palm Beach

The washer hose upstairs let go while we were out and our ceiling came down. They had the water out that night and sent the same moisture log to us and to our property manager every day, which ended the argument about who was paying.

They told me my loss was under my deductible and that filing would cost me more than the repair. Then they did the repair. I have never had a contractor talk me out of a claim before.

Our unit is on the ninth floor and the building is strict about vendors. They handled the certificate of insurance and elevator scheduling with the office before the crew arrived, so nothing got held up at the dock.

Water tracked from the guest bath under the tile into two other rooms. They imaged the whole floor, marked the wet area and dried it properly instead of guessing, and the readings at the end matched the dry part of the house.
